Our Northern Beaches storage facility utilises a modular storage system, specifically designed for the quality storage of household furniture and effects. The modular system consists of specially constructed storage modules into which we load all your valuable household goods. Your possessions remain undisturbed in those modules for the duration of the storage.

Frequently Asked Questions
John Bull offers modular storage solutions. We travel to you with modules on our trucks and pick up your goods, loading them tightly and securely. Then we forklift them in place in our warehouse. If you want to load items yourself, simply bring your goods to our warehouse and load the module yourself.
John Bull offers 2 sizes of storage containers. Our Standard modules hold 9 Cubic Metres (roughly the size of a 1-bedroom studio) whilst our smaller modules hold around 5 cubic metres suited for storage of pianos and other single large items or boxes.
Items that do not fit in to our modules are wrapped and placed safely in our overflow area at our warehouse.
No, John Bull can store your items for as little as one night or long as you would like.
If any items do not fit in our storage modules, they are wrapped in shrink wrapped and placed in our overflow area in our warehouse where oversized items are securely placed.
No, we only store our modules in our secure CCTV monitored warehouse to ensure safety of your items and protection from weather.
Our containers are designed to allow your items to breathe even when temperature fluctuates.
Yes, we offer various levels of insurance for your items coming In to our storage for your piece of mind.
When we load your modules, we write an inventory of what goes into each module we pack. We offer you a copy of this to assist you in locating items you may need in the future.
Contact us in advance and we can arrange to have your modules accessible for you in our warehouse or where you would like them.
John Bull is primarily a self-storage facility, however, if you book in advance we can arrange someone to help you go through your modules at our warehouse.
John Bull cannot store corrosives, paints or fuels. We also do not store automobiles or boats.
