John Bull offers a dedicated team of packers that can assist you before the day of your move and unpack you on the same day.
John Bull offers basic insurance for the unlikely occurrence of damages to your items. We have additional insurance options which can cover your items for declared values.
Costs of moves are determined by the size of your property, the expected volume to be moved, access and even weather. Cost depends on numerous factors which can be discussed once we have quoted you.
At John Bull we try to accommodate any changes from customers to make sure we can fulfill their move. However, we are often booked weeks in advance. This means it is important to confirm dates and communicate changes with us as soon as possible.
John Bull quotes account for furniture disassembly and assembly in quotes and estimates. Disassembly services for your basic furniture. For furniture, which is complex or unique, we suggest providing instructions. All furniture disassembled by us will be reassembled.
An authorized individual must be at load and unload locations to communicate with movers. This is a requirement to ensure correct items are transported to the correct areas in your new homes.
John Bull offers relocation of pot plants included in its service. We strongly recommend moving pots out of the rain and stopping the watering of pots days before your move.
John Bull endeavors to explain all possible costs to customers before their move. We make sure there are no hidden costs to worry you on the day of your move.
John Bull requires a deposit or a guarantee with credit card details before the day of your move to lock your spot in the diary.
We offer instructional videos on how to pack your belongings and can provide quality boxes for your move. If you source your own packing materials we strongly suggest you invest in removalist boxes that are sturdy to ensure they do not crush in the pack.
John Bull Accepts payment through credit cards, cash and EFT transfers. We DO NOT take AMEX.
John Bull generally takes a $200 deposit before the day of your move and debits the remaining total at the end of the moving day. We can charge the credit card provided to us or take cash or EFT transfer at the end of your move.
